[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Influenster and i-Health, Inc. for gifting me their Culturelle Probiotics & Fiber Max Easy to Mix Packets for free in exchange for my honest review. These packets are so convenient to use. I simply add them to any liquid, and they fully dissolve when mixed in. I like that they are unflavored, so I don't even notice that they are in my drink. They deliver 6 grams of fiber in every serving, as well as 1 billion CFUs of probiotics. They come in single serve easy to take along with me anywhere packets that are already pre-measured. I also like that they contain no artificial dyes or flavors. They are also sugar-free, gluten-free, and peanut-free. They are a great way to start my day!

Convenient packets for wellness!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying the Culturelle Probiotics +Fiber Max packets. They are incredibly convenient and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I especially like the individual packets as I mix them into my flavored water and also my coffee as I feel it doesn’t have a flavor. I appreciate that not only does this have probiotics but also fiber for better digestion. It's easy to incorporate, and I don't have to worry about forgetting to take multiple supplements. This has become part of my daily routine, and I highly recommend it!

Good alternative ilo.of pills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One packet poured in one bottle of water makes this probiotic easy to take on the road. I did have to shake the bottle each time as it does settle a little at the bottom of bottle if you don't drink it all right away. If you don't like pills, this is a good alternative

Easy to drink
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Culturelle always makes great Probiotic options and I was intrigued when I saw their new Probiotics + Fiber. It comes in single serve powder packets that you can mix with most any drink. It has very little taste so I typically mix with juice. It does take a little extra stirring to break down but it is not thick or chunky (like some other brands) I am always looking for an easy option to get my daily intake and this checks all the boxes.

Great addition to my routine.

No flavor or funky texture just results. After just a few days of use I notice less bloating and I am more regular. The fiber helps keep me full, so i am eating less. You do not taste them at all and you can either use them in water or coffee or shakes. I started my gpl1 journey, and these are a great addition to my diet to keep my gut healthy, and also support my fiber intake.

Gets you where you need to be

We’re reminded from time to time on the ol’ John that it’s something we should consider more often then not. These packets make having fiber a real breeze, and it tastes great, too!

A must have if you take a glp1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who uses a GLP-1, I’ve definitely become a lot more aware of my digestion. I’ve been trying the packets, and I really like how easy they are to work into my daily routine. I don’t want to take a million different things every day, so having probiotics and fiber in one easy packet is really convenient for me. I can just throw one in my bag for work and take it with me. Since starting a GLP-1, keeping up with fiber and taking care of my gut has become more important to me, and this has been an easy addition to my routine. It's been an adjustment for sure and this makes my stomach feel so much better.

Ray mixing with flavor or juice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really easy product to help boost 1 billion cfu into your biome. I did think so for some reason when I was shopping and looking at the packaging that is bright green and yellow it really made me think of Sprite and other lemon lime flavored beverages and I expected there to be some flavor mixed in here. Don't make that mistake if you're thinking the same because it's a flavorless mix. My first test was having it in regular water and I will say it's not that Pleasant in regular water and it would be better off with some flavoring added. I think mixed into some juice this would be a perfect addition to the morning routine. I really appreciate that there are only five ingredients and that it's easy to understand. Super easy to take with you on the go in your pocket or a backpack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does an amazing job of keeping me full and curbing those mid-afternoon sugar cravings, which has really helped me stay on track with my clean eating. It doesn’t have that gritty, sand-like texture. Most importantly, it’s gentle-no sudden or uncomfortable stomach urgency, just smooth, regular digestion. I find the fiber supplement effective with no bloating or digestive upset, and appreciate its tasteless flavor. Highly recommended if you want an effective fiber that is actually pleasant to drink daily.
