Q: are these kraft caramels individually wrapped (as shown in picture) to eat or are they baking chips?

A: These are individually wrapped as the picture indicates. I have unwrapped them and melted down to be used as a caramel sauce in recipes, but they are equally as good to be enjoyed straight from the wrapper!
