Poor customer service
I went to the La Verne, CA drive-up to pick up my order and I was handed a bag of marshmallows clearly smashed all together. It’s beyond me why would the employee(s) that handled my order would still decide to proceed with my order, specially knowing that the item was the last available. Wasted 45 minutes of my time and money. Would they had purchased that themselves? 😡

A mushy mess!
I ordered these for curbside pick up and then ran the bag back to my classroom. I use these for a sorting and graphing activity. When I opened the bags I found the marshmallows were stuck to one another and several were wet and gummy! After a purchase of 3 bags I barely had enough to make 16 small bags for my kids to use. I don’t know if this was a store or Kraft shipping issue but I am very disappointed as I have not had this happen in the 8 years I’ve been doing this activity.
