More colors please! And removable ears.

Please consider making these in different colors. I would love to get a pink leopard print for my girl who loves all things PINK. I have a small head and sometimes buy my hats in the children’s dept. If this were in a standard leopard (brown, black, tan/gold) I would definitely get one for myself too! Are the ears removable?
