Wrong parts come, not much help

One of the side pieces had absolutely no holes for us to use like the other side. When I emailed to get a replacement, it was days before I heard back and then there was never a followup. We had to drill our own holes to make it work... and that was pure luck that it did. I would not buy from this company again.

Good for a bit extra storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally I am using this in my garage instead of inside the house. It’s right by the garage door which is the perfect place for the family to take shoes off so that dirt or mud won’t be tracked into the house. Wishing it was slightly bigger but the fact that there’s storage makes up for it. I keep small outdoor games like inflatables and bubble machines for the kids, and extra pet supplies in here for easy access. Have not had any issue cleaning up when it gets dirty.

Fashionable + Functional Storage Bench

You have to really pay attention to the directions, as it’s easy to make a mistake, but otherwise it is a great piece! True stark white, lots of storage for shoes, blankets, etc. durable also!

One thing that impressed me the most, is the extra storage space this bench has. It's perfect for keeping my entryway tidy and organized. Which is very important to me! Great bench slightly cheap quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bench is perfect size for an entry way or living room or kids room. We use it as a toy storage bin and it offers seating for the kids. Although there isn’t a large weight limit, the littles do fine on it. The hinges have resistance to them which I loved that was the best quality item on the piece. It’s great so the kids don’t slam the lid open and shut. I attached photos to show where some of the veneer was cracked or missing. That’s why there is 4 stars. It was super easy to assemble and holds quite a bit of toys or blankets shoes etc. the design is great

Just ok

It look ok. Like the review, the lid doesn’t line up correctly, so it scratches the side every time you open the lid. Also, the holes for the backrest do not line up and are stripped, so it’s pretty much being held on by one screw. It’s mostly for decoration (not for sitting), so I’m super worried about it.

Ok bench

The bench looks nice in my living room, quality is ok. I gave 4 stars because there is some minor details on the bench such as scratch and marks. The lid for the storage scratches the arm rest on the inside every time i open and close it.
