I do think it added a subtle but pleasant flavor. It is probably better used on meat/items that don't have a lot of competing flavors. It immediately smells a bit like garlic powder and you can see the flecks of parsley. it's not overpowering, just adds a little extra something else to your dish.

It's a tasty, versatile seasoning that adds a nice savory touch to a variety of dishes without requiring much effort. However, I would definitely recommend using a light hand when applying it. The seasoning comes out of the container surprisingly quickly, and I've accidentally over-seasoned (and oversalted) my food on more than one occasion. So far, I've primarily used it as a finishing touch or complementary seasoning rather than relying on it as the main seasoning for cooking proteins or preparing an entire dish. I find that it works best when used sparingly to enhance flavors that are already there. While I do think it tastes good, I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a remarkable or must-have addition to my spice cabinet. I don't find myself wanting to go for it because of the mishap of ruining my meal. My biggest complaint is actually the packaging rather than the seasoning itself. I wish the container allowed for better control over how much comes out at once, especially considering how easily the saltiness can overpower a dish. I think I would reach for it much more frequently if the dispensing mechanism were a little more forgiving. Overall, it's a good, flavorful seasoning that certainly has its uses, but the packaging could use some improvement. I would recommend it to someone who enjoys garlic-forward, savory seasonings, with the caution that a little really does go a long way! I have used garlic salt in the past that could be added to food as a topping instead of an ingredient, but this was too strong and overwhelmingly salty. We try to eat healthy and this seemed to drown out all the other flavors. If you were using a small amount as an ingredient than maybe it'll work for you but it didn't work for us.
