    Seed oils bad

    I got these trying to keep my sodium down. Didn't even think to look at the other ingredients. I ate more than I should and the next day I had severe inflammation and excruciating knee pain to the point I almost couldn't walk. I looked at the ingredients and saw it had 2 or more seed oils in them. Why oh why can't companies make products like they used to and stop causing health issues to people. I know for a fact it was this because I have not had any issues since staying aw^ from seed oils for almost a year. Now it came back. Shame on these companies that don't care.
