LEGO Star Wars Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver Helmet 75458

So I realize that almost all of the helmet sets utilize some sketchy building tactics, but this is the first one I've owned that legitimately feels like it's just going to fall apart at any moment. Each face plate is connected by two, MAYBE 4 studs. If you look at this thing wrong a part falls off. Unless you are a dedicated collector, skip over this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoyed building this! The instructions were easy to follow and it took me two evenings since I took my time. The small pieces were a little tricky with long nails. It is a good size and weight, feels durable and the square base keeps it stable. Great Lego display overall. The only thing that took me off guard is the top of the helmet, which looks a little unfinished compared to the front.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift for a Star Wars or Lego fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this is Lego so the instructions are top notch they are straightforward and clear. The build took about 4-5 hours to complete with breaks included. This is not my first Lego set that I’ve completed but I don’t regularly build with Lego, overall great product!

There are a number of very tricky stages which has meant I have not completed this helmet yet. It is certainly the worse of all the Helmets I've got. The fitting of stage 3 is very marginal to get in place and stage 4 is worse. Several times I thought it was in place but it did not 'sit' properly and after maybe a dozen attempts, a little more pressure, basically 'exploded' the helmet so I now fill I will have to strip it back to individual pieces to stat from the beginning. A list of what's in each bag would be very helpful.....

Own 8 different Star Wars helmets... This item was amazing... Pieces went together and helmet is solid... Highly recommended !

Great build and helmet part of Star Wars Lego helmet collection

I have all the Star Wars helmets and this was a nice relaxing build. Its obviously the same scale as all the other helmets, and sits alongside them perfectly. There are a few stickers, theyre on a transparent sheet. They were easy enough to appy. The leisurely build took me about an hour.

A cool new edition to the collection of Star Wars helmets I've been gifting my father. It looks awesome with the rest. Fun and fairly easy to build.

This thing looks amazing, there are no weird visor gaps. Theres no gaps anywhere that i can see, the designer did an amazing job getting this to look accurate to the films. Its perfect. I wish it did come with a minifig but it probably keeps the price down not having one. This is my first helmet and now i want more, the build experience was very fun.

There are lots of potential helmets, storm troopers, clone troopers, Mandalorian helmets. This one will be waiting for the next batch along with existing Star Wars helmets.

It’s fantastic to see another Star Wars helmet released, as it brought back the excitement of adding to my ever-growing collection. The helmet series has been one of my favourite themes, so this was an instant purchase for me. The build itself was very enjoyable and entertaining throughout. It’s always satisfying putting together another display piece, and I loved having a new addition to the collection. However, the final appearance wasn’t quite what I expected. Compared to legendary helmets such as the TIE Fighter Pilot, Stormtrooper and Darth Vader, those sets have a lot of texture and intricate design details that really bring them to life. This helmet, by comparison, relies more on large plates covering wide areas, which gives it a smoother appearance and loses some of the gritty, technical feel that makes the helmet line so appealing. In fact, I couldn’t help but feel it looked a little like it was wearing an American baseball player’s cap! 😅 That said, it was still a very fun build and one I couldn’t miss, as I wanted to keep my helmet collection complete. I’m hopeful that if another helmet joins the line in the future, LEGO returns to the more detailed design style seen in many of the earlier releases. Overall, a fun and worthwhile addition for collectors, even if it doesn’t quite sit alongside the very best helmets in the series.
