Easy build minus sides of the head with hook clips took effort to get into place and keep side pieces from falling off. Other than that great build. Use small tweezers for the stickers.

very fun build

saw this upscaled darth vader minifig and KNEW i had to have it. the build wasnt complicated in any way and i had a lot of fun putting it together. a decent amount of interesting techniques on this build. would recommend to any lego star wars fans who want a cool build to display.

Upscale Darth Vader

The build was great the parts were fine. But while I was building it I was disappointed that the hand is permanently attached to the light saber. I also compared it to the other ones and was disappointed its legs aren’t slightly longer to make him taller. I will be modifying him. But overall it’s a great model

Masterful build!!

I had such a great time building this super upscale Darth Vader!! With over 1,000 Lego build in my home, it is so very hard to choose a favorite. But for now, this Vader is my favorite until my next build!!!

Lighting up the Dark Side

What a great way to bring the upscaling to Star Wars. The build is interesting and while a little repetitive there is just the right about of variety. Just wait until you have the light-saber built, amazing.

Lego Star Wars #75461 Up-Scaled Darth Vader

Instructions are very easy to follow with detailed drawings. I have arthritis in my hands but that surprisingly did not prevent me from doing this project. I had no problem getting smaller pieces together. I really enjoyed building this Darth Vader lego set.

I am sooooo happy LEGO added this to the upscaled Minifig lineup. I was a little sad when the racecar driver came out because I’m not really into F1 or cars in general. But my hope went up a little bit when the Santa minifig came out. When I saw that this was coming out I immediately set a calendar reminder so that I could pre-order it as soon as possible. So excited to build it! (and yes, the cape is fabric. I love that!)

Fantastic upscale mini figure of Darth Vader. I didn’t use the eye stickers because they looked very odd to me. A Lord of the Sith needs a hard stare! Great build and let’s hope we get more Star Wars upscale figures.
