Q: I just changed my filter and the light is flashing on top of the machine for filter - is there a reset whedn you change the filter?

  • A: To reset the "check filter" indicator on your air purifier, please power on the unit and hold down the filter light icon for approximately 5-7 seconds. This will turn the light off and reset the timer.

Great HEPA

I feel comforted keeping this HEPA filter on my desk at work right next to me. I just replaced the filter after a while (should've replaced it earlier) and the replacement was very quick and easy to do.

Replacement filter issue

Like many other reviewers, I am also having the issue where my replacement filter smells. It is making my room smell like nail polish remover. I don't know what to do as this is my first time buying a replacement filter. It feels like I shouldn't be running my air purifier with this smell.

They shipped the wrong filter

They shipped me a 200S-P-RF filter instead of the 300-P shown in the picture and in the title. Didn't notice until I went to use it.

Genuine Replacement Filters Stink like Chemicals!!

I loved our air purifier when we first bought it. It worked well and definitely improved the air quality of our home. But when we went to replace the filter with a genuine Levoit Core Filter (purchased via Amazon), it smelled like off-gassing chemicals! I don't know what to do! I can't even run the air purifier because it makes our air stink like chemicals! Help, Levoit!

MY Levoit Core 300 Original Filter Use

Easy to Install and Remove

I followed the instructions for removing the bottom of the air filter by turning it. The filter was easy to remove, along with the protective plastic it was shipped in, and the filter fit perfectly and easily in the machine for first use. I have also been impressed with how long the filter lasts.
