Q: Do you need to purchase the family separately? Also, did other people have issues with the wings falling off, etc? This looks so cute but expensive if it doesn't stay together.

A: Hi Ajy! Yes, the Famileez are sold separately from the Airplane. That way, you can choose from a fun variety of L'il Woodzeez critters to play with! We haven't heard of any issues with the wings falling off, but if you do experience any problems you can always go to the Battat website and fill out our Customer Service form. We hope you have fun playing with the airplane!
