I recently bought this to sit on instead of my office chair to help with lower back pain. It does a great job! Easy to pump up and durable!

I purchased the stability ball as I have Osteoporosis and use a similar ball at my health gym. I wanted to do the same exercises at home to strength my core which enables you to have more flexibility in your spine. I am very happy with my purchase. Joan

The quality is really nice, and the price is good. I also like the pump. It’s compact and easy to store. It’s surprising that this ball is only supposed to be good for 6 months

Ball is great, but part of the reason I chose this item was for the included pump. Unfortunately it was left out of the package, or removed and never replaced.

I've been using this yoga ball for about a month and it has been very helpful for staying in shape. Especially for wall squats, hip rolls, and back stretches. I find it very fun to work out with and so I've been motivated to excercise. Rated four stars because the colour is quite ugly...I thought it would be a metallic hunter green but it's a dull camo green. I don't like looking at it but it's doing good things for my health so I would recommend it.

The pump came broken. I had to return it at the store. Got another one that was cheaper there.

I love that the company plants a tree for each product purchased and love the color. However, the pump broke so I am unable to use it! the pump separated and then the plastic split so I am now waiting on super glue to dry before I attempt to pump the ball again. ::fingers crossed::

It is fun to work out with but you might want to add sand to the bottom. It came with a pump and plugs. There is no fear of it popping with the thick walls.

I began shopping for a ball after suffering many weeks in my office desk chair with back pain, in my second/third trimester. After switching to sitting on the ball instead, my back pain is literally gone. The ball seems to be of high quality, and is latex-free. The customer service representatives who are available at their 1-800 number area great. I brought the ball in to my physical therapist's office to have them judge it - and they said it's a good quality ball. I'd reccommend it to others.

I purchased this item and did not receive the DVD as advertised, overall quality of the ball is good, however, I had not realized that it is not as large as I had anticipated it to be.

It was easy to get pumped up. included. and it is everything it said it would be. Heavy gauge, nice feel

Love the ball and the benefits that come with; however, no DVD was included with my set. And the chart of exercises is only five different ones. But thank goodness for pintrest these days! The only reason I gave the four stars instead of five was because I was looking forward to an exercise DVD as listed in the description but again, one was not included.

i have used swiss balls in the past but have never enjoyed like i do this one. cool green color, awesome low price. best one i have found on the market for the cost. i love target.
