This is the 3rd pair of this style my daughter has had... in 6 months we have had to return them twice and need to again!!! These are not even worn everyday and none of her other boots do this

We bought these for my daughter for her birthday, while they still had a nice rugged rubber sole, (not the fuzzy stuff that some of them have now). She has worn them nearly daily for over a year, and loves them, looking to buy a new pair of Durango's because they survived so well!

My son bought this boot for my 5 y/o daughter when he came back from his deployment from Afghanistan a few weeks ago. Within the first two days the boots started peeling across the top of them. Then within the next couple of days the toes peeled. Within two weeks they began peeling on other parts of the boot. My son is back at his duty station and cannot find the receipt. He was so excited to give them to her that he didn't give me the box. He had bought her a pair the year before for Christmas and the same thing happened, although not as bad. He had hoped this pair would be better, but they are HORRIBLE and certainly not worth the money that was spent on them. Is there anything I can do about this? I would really rather have a different style that does not have this issue. My daughter adores her cowgirl boots and would love to have them nice.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your boots. Returns do require a proof of purchase. Knowing more about how they were purchased would be helpful in providing further direction as that will determine what your options are. If they were purchased from us, we need only the order number as that is a proof of purchase. If they were purchased from another online vendor, they should also accept the order number. If they were purchased locally at a retailer, and were purchased with a check of credit or debit card, the related account statement or cleared check will serve as a proof of purchase.
