About the Author

Kate Beasley holds a master's in writing for children and young adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Her first novel, Gertie's Leap to Greatness, was a Junior Library Guild selection, an Indies Introduce Selection, and a multi-region Indie Bestseller.
