this is not just a Rower! it is a fierce machine that gives you not only Next level work outs but Next level results! I use it, my partner uses it and I just bought my 73 year old father one and he can't stop telling me how great he feels and how toned he has gotten. his knees feel better he feels young again lol. THIS WAS THE BEST PURCHASE OF THE YEAR! We needed a machine for everyone in the family and this was perfect. The ALL IN ONE DESIGN allows me to strength train, abs! Pilates without ever switching equipment!! Looked at other machines, however they were just basic cardio and didn't offer all these other options. All the classes are fun and very engaging!! also easy to move and store if space is limited. its a must have.....

All I can say is WOW! One of the best purchases I've made. My husband and I love rowing for cardio,but what I love most is you can strength train as well as do pilates. Extremely versatile! Not only is it the smoothest rowing machine, it can easily be stored in the closet. The LIT METHOD Rower has 100% changed my life.

This is listed as a rower, but it's also a pilates reformer, and a strength trainer. Our whole household only needs one machine and it replaces the need for weights or any other equipment. And we can row. Love that it doesn't require power and that I can store it in the closet when needed, too.
