Leaky Tank.
Like the way the machine works, but like others have said, the water tank cracks at the bottom where it connects to the frame. The screws holding it in are all corroded. And it’s now unusable. Machine is less than 3 years old. I wish I would’ve purchased a higher quality machine.

After two years of light use the tank leaks. Do not buy this rowing machine if you are looking for something that will last. The tank design is not built to last.

Very impressed
Looks beautiful and professional - I love the powder coating and sleek design. I'm at the top of the weight limit and it handles me perfectly with no sag. Using the rower is very smooth. I wish there was a bit more resistance, nevertheless it is a great cardio workout. Assembly was easy with 2 people and the included tools.

Great machine I like the resistance the seat even the design everything's great except my tank leaks and when I went to ask about buying a replacement tank they said they don't have any and I'm out of luck. If that's true that's poor management not to have replacement parts. Same too cuz it's a good rower

Not worth the buy
I bought this and I loved it for like a month. First the meter count stops working then. The leg is so not sturdy. It broke. For the amount of money I spend. I expected better.

Good machine, not great
Bought this machine in 2018 and used it regularly for a year until I had to move. Got back to using it after sitting vertical for 9 months only to discover the lower bowl was leaking at the mounting screws. There are over a dozen cracks around the mounting screws. I have emailed customer service about whether a replacement lower bowl can be purchased. Don't like that it cracked so easily, but my only real complaint is that the readout is hard to understand or interpret. I can't in fact, so, I just used my last score and tried to better it each time I used it. I rowed for 20 minutes about 3 times a week.

Love the tower but since I got it the plastic on the rollers has been coming apart. It’s very loud and I’m always trying to get it lined up to miss the little holes in the plastic. Seems like a manufacturing defect.

Water component cracked, and the place where the nuts connect the water bowl is leaking from every nut. Either a defective unit or poor designing.
