A dimmer can be attached to the light but again, It is bright enough for sure to replace any fluorescent lights and you will be happy if you do. we as a family highly recommend this fixture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this light for our front porch because our light before didn’t give off enough light for when we BBQ in the evenings so we needed something that would give more light off and long so it covered more area. This was what we chose to use and I will say we are happy with it so far. I like that I don’t have to worry about the moisture since where I live we can sometimes get a lot of rain and I’m close to the Gulf of Mexico. It was pretty easy for my husband to install he didn’t run into any problems with it so far. I would recommend this to family and friends that are looking for a good light for areas that may get moisture than to use this one.

I don't know a whole lot about wiring but I found it pretty simple to set up the brightness and temperature. I set it to the brightest setting. I use it with a cord but you can hardwire it if you prefer. The housing feels well made and durable. I'm really happy with it, no complaints.

I found that the water seeped into some of the light fixtures in my work room and caused the lights to short and break. After putting on a new roof and looking at lighting at the hardware store to replace the lights that broke, I decided to go with CSVT L48- 4FT Vapor Tight LED Fixture. I liked how this LED Vapor Tight lights were made specifically for damp/wet locations and were also easy to install. The lighting was also affordable, which I liked as I was able to replace all the lighting in our garage and workroom room area with the CSVT L48- 4FT Vapor Tight LED Fixtures. In an afternoon I was able to take down the old lights and replace them with the the 4 CSVT L48- 4FT Vapor Tight LED Fixture I purchased. I really like how the lights look. They are not clunky, and offer the right about light without any glare. This lighting also offers switchable technology that allows you to switch between multiple lumen and color temperatures, all in one single panel. You can switch between 3500K neutral white, 4000K cool white, and 5000K daylight, along with three lumen outputs of 3000, 4000 and 5000 lumens, all with the toggle of one switch. I didn't find this with other lighting I was looking at. I really like how the CSVT L48- 4FT Vapor Tight LED Fixtures look in my garage and am glad I upgraded to them. Highly recommend!

My husband wired this light up and the lighting was great for the only light we have so far in a 30x30 garage. Easy to install as well which was a plus. Also has different dimming settings but we have it on the brightest.

It lights up our garage wonderfully, the bulbs are so bright. It matches our walls so it works perfectly in our garage. I definitely recommend!
