  • A: I had the same problem with the one I purchased. My solution was this: I filled the pit as full of air as I could reasonably get it and ensured that the air valve was closed correctly and tightly, and then I placed a piece of clear packing tape over the valve, to help hold it in place. I then took a foam pool noodle and cut a length that measured from the top of the goal down far enough to keep the goal from flopping over. I then taped it in place with clear packing tape. It held in place well and was soft enough to not injure my grandsons when they played. Note: my daughter bought the same pit for her home, inflated it and did not have this issue, suggesting that you and I may just have a slight defect in the manufacture of the ones we purchased, causing them to sag? You could always try to ''exchange yours for a new one and see if it works for you. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Best toy for the sweetest little boy!

    This is an extremely nice item for the price! I purchased it to surprise my 1 & 1/2 year old nephew & had it delivered to their home! He is at the age where he loves playing with toy balls of all kinds & this was absolutely the perfect gift! It is holding up very nicely so far! His parents did NOT love me for a time after spending a Sunday afternoon setting it up! 😬🤪 However they were inflating it with a very small helium balloon arch inflator.

    Easy breezy FUN

    You can slam dunk indoor or outdoor. It’s endless of fun, my three year-old and five year-old really enjoyed it. My five-year-old was a bit too big so he stayed outside of the inflatable however, it was a great time. I added my own little twist by adding balls in there. it inflates really fast super easy to deflate and pack away for fun later on.

    A basketball hit

    We’ve been having SO much fun with the Slam Dunk Big Ball Pit! My kids were instantly obsessed with the basketball theme and love shooting hoops and diving around in all the balls.     Defected & not a genuine little tikes product!

    Cheaply constructed product & misleading presentation. This product is not owned nor manufactured by little tikes & within one week of normal use was deflated & unrepariable! Little tikes will not replace the item, they allow another brand to sell it under their name. Do not buy this product.

    Dont bother !!!!

    The bottom of bounce house kept losing air, all sides were perfect. I saw bad reviews after I purchased it and thought I’d still give it a try and what a disappointment , not only to my granddaughter whose only 1 but aggravation it gave me all day ..let alone trying to get this worthless plastic back in original box it came out of!!

    Great if you like Wasting your Money!

    This deflated after one jump session with my toddler! Not worth the money in my opinion. The concept is good but the reality is just not. I feel like I just took $50 and tossed it right out the window. My toddler loved it for the 5 minutes she could safely play with it.

    Regret buying it.

    It’s a fun jumper but only lasts about 2-3 uses. We had a replacement once but same issue the first one had. The seams come apart and it no longer works even with a patch.

    This product was such a good idea in theory but you have to add water to the bottom as well as air in about 3 or 4 diff places. on top of that, it came with a hole in it !!! My son didnt even get to play with it once before we discovered that the red ring around the bottom wasnt inflating properly! now we have to do a return, ANNOYING!
