[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ordered two bracelets for my daughter for her birthday. I had ordered both of them in an XL and placed the order. A few moments later, I called to have the size changed to a large. When I gave them to her on her birthday, the large was a bit small. I contacted them again to get the bigger size fully expecting to pay since I had already switched sizes once. They sent the bigger size without question or payment and told us to give the others to someone else. I will gladly order from this company again!!
