A: It was definitely changed. I’ve used this product for a long time and loved it. Using “new packaging” and it is causing extreme irritation.

The hype is real
I’m a healthy 29 y/o girl who’s obsessed with wellness. This is my first time using a PH wash in my life. I normally use soap and water. A YouTuber recommended this product and she was right. You will smell like NOTHING. I never dealt with any odor but I see the difference she was talking about. A normal vagina smells slightly acidic but with this wash you will smell nothing just skin… think of newborn baby skin lol. I definitely will repurchase

Jumbo size seems watery, get the regular size
This product I normally love but this size not sure if it's just mine but the product seems watered down. The other sizes feel thicker and concentrated. Not sure if I will order this size again. Bought the jumbo size because I wanted the best value for my money but had it a few days and use so much due to the watery consistency that I will have to go purchase another at the store.

What can vary batch to batch is the lather — we use clean, organic ingredients sourced seasonally for quality, and we intentionally keep surfactants low since foaming ingredients can be stripping on sensitive skin. Doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning, has more of a lotion texture. Glad i went with the travel size to give it a try instead of committing to the large one.

I ordered the love wellness care expecting it to be the same as the photo, but instead I got a miniature baby sized version, the picture is a scan and doesn’t fit what it looks like when you first click on the image, the love wellness is supposed to be bigger than what I got.

I buy this product and I know when it’s mixed with water or something. The manufacturer added a seal around the cap but the seal is not there usually when that happens the formula has been tampered with and it has these tiny white dots because it was mixed with water. I started ordering online to pick up because I thought the workers grab it from the back but I guess not because the seal is not in either of the two bottles I purchased and both of them have this watery formula with white dots the formula is supposed to be a clear gel like this Is a bit too whiteish.

Deceiving bottle!
Upon purchase I happen to hold it up to the light to discover a THIRD of the product missing. Meaning for $14.99 you are getting 1/3 less product. That’s deceiving. Make the bottle smaller but don’t sell a larger bottle and fill it only 2/3 of the way!!!!

New Bottle Threw Off my Ph Balance
I have been using love wellness vaginal soap for the last 3+ years, it’s the only thing that has worked on my V regarding Ph balancing since I’m so sensitive down there. One dat I went into the store to re-up on my soap and they only have this tall bottle available, so I go try it since it says “same great formula, different look” and immediately I notice a difference in texture this says “Gel” cleanser. It was lathering like crazy. I see a lot of people were complaining about not getting a lather but the non-lathering aspect of it has been the best feature for me. After about 3 uses of this soap it completely threw my Ph balance off and I have yet to find something to re balance it. Please bring back your smaller bottles and original formulaI’m desperate !.
