I thought it did a good job for a normal day. It starts to wear off on an extra long day, but it's very helpful for a workout or if you are sweaty.

It's a 5-in-1 product, which means that it makes you smell fresh, keeps/makes you feel dry, and is safe to use since it is talc free, wont disrupt your PH balance, and has been clinically tested. The scents are safe to use and provide a light smell to keep you feeling fresh. I recently added this into my gym bag, and I think it should be a MUST for everyone. I just love it. A few sprays will go a long way. I give this product a 10/10 and cannot wait to continue using it.
