A few things weren’t like the picture, but in my opinion, they made the item better! For one, lucky isn’t perfectly spaced out like the picture would suggest. But it makes it more dynamic when I move and any separators they would’ve added would’ve made it more uncomfortable for me. For another, the charms don’t look as big as they do in the picture, but it just makes it look more subtle. I really appreciate these things as it makes it easier to wear at work without it feeling itchy or restraining! The only reason I took away a star was because the picture wasn’t really representative.

Super cute product, but flawed packaging for gifting. The actual necklace is great, but the letters are not secured in the packaging, so if you wrap this up they will move around and may not look great when unwrapped. If you aren’t gifting this then there is no concern, but add a small piece of double sided tape to the back of the letters if you are wrapping this up to gift so that the recipient can see how cute it is as soon as they open the gift :)

Very cute necklace, happy with the purchase. Looks cute on and very on trend with the bubble letters. It’s costume jewelry - priced right for what it is and intended to be. It is very delicate and the clasp detached from the necklace when I took it out of the packaging. Not quite sure it was even on. I was able to fix it without much effort. Return not required.

Very cute necklace! I wish there were bead spacers between each letter so they would lay better around my neck! The packaging was cute, maybe use a twist tie to secure instead of a zip tie, mine was very tight and hard to remove. I was worried about breaking the chain. Otherwise, it's a lovely necklace
