The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.
NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.
For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Does the job and seems quality.
Just installed today. Great directions. Easy installation. Only complaint is the provided wrench didn’t fit. It says it’s a 3/8” but it’s more like 3/4. I didn’t need it though, I was able to snug the hoses by hand with the included thumb nut type tighteners. I’m a larger lady and I noticed on first use that, unlike some, the controls are very close to the seat. But it still works.

The Neo 185 Plus is a great product. I have 4 of them, they are an excellent value for money and work like a charm. I had an issue with one and the company exceeded my expectations by replacing it after more than a year of use.

The set up is so easy with a book a d video instructions. Also, you can chat if you have additional questions. I love it. I don't know how I lived without it. I feel so much cleaner and refreshed after using my Neo 185. I love the color options.

Some suggestion to improve the product!
On install seems the install u shape do not go past the seat bolts. This can make seat wobble. Had to work around hope this will work. Looks the guard of nozzles do not stand up if left alone. It retracts right away. The width could linger so some one can reach out easy to wash using knobs. These are all product improvement suggestions. Otherwise great product

We are on our second Luxe system, NEO 185 Plus for almost a year. Unfortunately one of the systems broke. I reached out and immediately received a replacement. Thank you.
