Self-Cleaning Nozzle + Feminine Wash - In addition to the hygienic benefits of the retractable nozzle and guard gate, this model also features a nozzle cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the nozzle. To activate nozzle cleaning, simply turn the mode dial to the right, then turn the water pressure dial to the highest pressure setting. This model features dual nozzles, a regular wash nozzle and a feminine wash nozzle. The feminine nozzle is aimed a bit lower for front wash and the spray is a little softer than the regular wash.
Nozzle Guard Gate & Retracting Nozzle - The hygienic nozzle guard gate shields the nozzles and ensures the bidet is always ready for clean operation. The guard gate opens manually for access to the nozzles. The retractable nozzles only drop below the gate when the bidet is turned on. When no water is running to the bidet, the nozzles will remain retracted and under double protection behind the nozzle guard gate.

A: Since this bidet is mechanical and does not require electricity or plugging in, it will require a hot water line nearby (usually under the sink). If you don't have one nearby and choose not to install the hot water, you can use this model as a cold water only bidet. Simply plug the hot water bidet inlet up with the provided hot water cap.

A: Hi, The temperature lever can be turned so that absolutely no hot water comes out. Simply turn the lever all the way to the left, and only cold water will come out. The lever will stay in place at the desired temperature setting. Just lift the lever up or down to control the flow of water. A: The NEO 320 draws water from both your fresh cold water supply and hot water supply by connecting to the toilet tank and sink valve respectively. When the bidet turns on and warm water is selected, the bidet draws water from both sources to mix inside of the unit to create warm water.

The NEO320 is well made and easy to install. It works well. My mistake was I spent extra money for this model and I didn’t realize I needed a hot water connection to have warm water. I expected that the bidet somehow warmed the water as it went thru the hose and valve head. My fault entirely but it was disappointing.
