The LUXE Bidet® NEO 320 Plus is a warm water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with a mode selection knob and a lever that can control the water temperature & pressure.

For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

A: Thanks for your question! Yes, the LUXE Bidet NEO 320 Plus bidet attachment comes with all parts required for installation including the hot water connection. The provided hot water hose is 10 feet long, but we also carry longer lengths if needed.

A: Thank you for your question. Our bidets are mechanical, and do not require electricity or battery to operate. It connects to the existing water supply valves in the bathroom, behind your toilet and under your sink. All parts are provided for installation.

An excellent, quality, and well designed product! I installed it with Home Depot‘s Glacier Bay high-efficiency elongated dual flush toilet. The toilet seat bolts that they supplied were a little short for the inclusion of the bidet, so I removed the tops of the U-shaped adjustment plates in order to compensate, which worked well. This is our second NEO 320+, and as usual are very pleased with it! Well done!

Great product, great service and support!! My previous NEO 320 Plus started leaking a little after 2 years. Warranty was up, but they replaced it with a brand new one anyway! Can't beat that! Highly recommend!!

I didn’t try to install until today. Connections at the bidet leak badly- cheaply made plastic parts on the bidet itself. I just missed my return window and I will probably end up throwing this away.
