Description

The LUXE Bidet® NEO 320 Plus is a warm water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with a mode selection knob and a lever that can control the water temperature & pressure.

NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.

For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

It has U-shaped hinges that allow you to slide the bidet under the toilet seat for quick installation and flip the bidet up for easy access to cleaning.   • A: Thanks for your question! The bidet comes with a hot water hose and hot water adapter that connect under the sink. The hot water hose is 10 ft long, but we have longer hoses available in 16 ft and 32 ft if needed.

    Love the lever control!

    This bidet works amazingly well for how simple it is mechanically (just water pressure, no batteries/electric plug needed). I used to sell the fancy electric bidet all-in-one seats at my job, but I never could justify the cost, and didn't have a plug near the toilet. I found this design through a lot of research and think it solves so many issues: it can be placed without removing the seat, can be used with an existing seat, can lift out of the way for easy cleaning, and no cords/charging required. It was fairly easy for me to install on my own; it took about half an hour working slowly to unhook and rehook the hoses, then just tighted everything by hand (and I'm not super strong). The front and back sprays are perfectly aimed and work very well, easy to switch between. Glad I went with the lever version instead of the knob because the lever allows control of the pressure from the moment you turn it on, so you can choose from gentle to full blast. I don't have a hot water connection nearby, so I just used the cap to seal that off, and it works perfectly with just cold water: it's refreshing! Highly recommend!

    Great bidet for the money.

    So far so Great!

    So far so great! Hookup was straightforward & simple. I had a leak on the cold input but was a very simple fix once I called the help line. Hooking up the hot water line was even easier. I previously owned a Brondell bidet which cost me close to $300. I had a serious water leak after 6 months, had it replaced under warranty and the second one did the same. The company knew of the defect and would do nothing but tell me to send it in with repair fees. Will never buy their product again. I decided to go simple. I only gave a 4 star because I need to see the longevity. Hookup is a 5 star. I also like the lever that pulls up. You get control over the water pressure.
