Inaccurate pictures
The advertised pictures and description are not accurate. Doesn’t show that the logo is printed in large font on the stool. Also, the description says no assembly required, which is also inaccurate. Normally, I wouldn’t care about the assembly component, but I don’t need my stool to have in large font “Squatty Potty” on it. Will be returning.

mildew :(
Got covered in mildew shortly after putting it in our bathroom. Not sure if we got a bad batch or what. I contacted their customer service and they never got back to me. We bought the bamboo one to replace a plastic one that broke quickly, I think they just don't make them the same quality as when they first got started.

It’s not just visibly better, but has a very slim profile that fits better in small bathrooms. The flip-ability makes for a slightly confusing assembly, but don’t let that discourage you.

Works great!
Like the wood material, the wood look, and the versatility of two heights. I like the taller height so I can truly squat and my husband who is 6'2" wants the shorter height to just get the angle on his legs. Yay! Well worth the $$$!

As a sufferer of chronic constipation, this thing is *chefs kiss*. Im short so I alway leave it as tall as possible. I love that its bamboo so it looks nice if you arent a fan of having plastic in your bathroom. 10/10 for fashion and function.

We have a white squatty potty that we like so well we wanted one for the downstairs as well. Since guests might use that bathroom , appearances were key. This one tucks in nicely and doesnt scuff. I may replace the one upstairs!

Don't bother
If you take a while to do your business, you'll lose circulation in your legs and your feet go numb. I really don't see the difference, I am still not having complete bowl movements , and I go as frequently as I did without the squatting.. I feel like I wasted $56 Also , my toddlers can't reach the 9 inch side.. Totally disappointed with this product.. I would not recommend it.

Aside from the known benefits for the bowels it puts my knees up in a better position to lean over and write reviews on my phone, which makes my back feel better. I see that the review prompts for a pic/vid...y'all don't wanna see that so just keep scrolling. Also using with a bidet for the full on colonic experience. 10/10

Easy to assemble. The bamboo wood offers a natural warmth to the bathroom. Really appreciate this clever integration of both heights. I'm a small person renting an apartment with a higher toilet, and I literally can't use this toilet without the 9" side of the Flip. My boyfriend is bigger than me; he only needs the 7" side at this place.
