A: Define ‘firmly’. I would have said yes until this week. I have a set of two, purchased last year, and the top of one of the table completely snapped off. It’s outside of the return window, unusable and unrepairable.

Impractical but cute
Extremely cute but very impractical that it’s almost useless. If you put anything on it that is not dead-center you run the risk of it toppling over. The base is a very heavy marble but it’s not enough to stabilize it on hard floor and especially not on carpet. I’d buy it only for stationary items not meant to be moved around like plants, or light things like remotes.

Top snapped off with hardly any use- had it been screwed on instead of spot welded, it would have been a great table!
