The Marcy Hex Trap Bar - HTB-6921 is perfect for building stronger back, leg, and shoulder muscles by doing deadlifts, shrugging, and pulling.
The regular and raised handles provide a variety of grips depending on your preference. In addition, both sets of handles are knurled to provide a better grip while lifting.
The 2” diameter sleeve is 10” long so you can comfortably add up to 800lb total! Hex Trap bar weighs 50 pounds. This hex trap bar is appreciated by both beginners and advanced users alike as it provides a more natural grip/ movement during deadlifts and shrugs.
