A: Hi Jordan - Thanks for your question! The Marcy Vinyl Dumbbell Set includes two 14-inch handles, four 7½-pound standard plates, four 2½-pound standard plates and four spring-clip collars. Wih the weights distributed equally, the dumbbells would each hold 20lbs. I hope this helps!

Not too shabby
Very good product, durable and works for exactly what I need. Make sure you read the description before you purchase, they aren't two 40 lb dumbbells, they are two 20 lb dumbbells with the set total being 40 lb. Very good product, fast shipping, definitely worth the money.
