I just started taking these so I can‚Äôt speak to the effectiveness but I can speak to the flavor and omg ü§¢. They are way too sweet and concentrated I‚Äôm not sure I can take these daily. I‚Äôm sure it would be manageable in coffee as a sweetener substitute or even milk but since I don‚Äôt drink coffee or dairy I‚Äôm not sure how to get through these. Please provide another flavor option.

I received this product in a fireside chat giveaway and I HAD to come post a review because this is just so good! I rarely ever review anything, but I love MRO hair care liposomals (they work!!) and this one is just so delicious! I put it in my coffee yesterday and today I stirred it into my Greek yogurt! It made my yogurt more like a French toast chobani flip! So so yummy! Thank you MRO!

I wrote a review of the supplement with Lustriva that reverted my hair back to the beginning. But my apologies it is the one with Liposomal that brought my hair back to a thinning feel and no healthy growth. The supplement with Lustriva worked wonders

I don't really have any hair growth info yet as I'm still on my 1st box. I was curious about the taste though and how I'd like it. Everyone seemed to mention it had a French toast or maple like taste, which I thought would be interesting and tolerable. Have to admit though, it kinda creeped me out to suck liquid vitamin out of the pouch. It is very much like French toast. But, that being said, I didn't like it just plain out of the pouch. I always have a chocolate protein shake with nut butter in the morning to break my fast. So, I decided to just add it to the protein shake and have to say, that it's a perfect addition to the shake! It's sweet enough that I only have to add a few drops of English toffee stevia and the drink is perfect.

I purchased two boxes of Hair Care Liposomal and I am now on my second box. I can tell my hair feels different. My hair does not seem to be falling out like it was. The taste is just as it says, maple french toast and I find it delicious. I am looking forward to see about growth as my hair loss has been a lot through the years. I always give a product at least 30 days plus before I review but so far I like the results of not having as much hair loss. Now to see about growth, I am optimistic! : )

I started taking this because I need Selenium for my thyroid issues. I was skeptical because I am not a huge maple fan, but this stuff is AMAZING! It tastes so good! I started taking the women's multivitamin on the same day and my hair dresser said my hair is growing faster than normal! Definitely going to keep ordering!

I ordered this earlier this year. The taste is nasty. I had to force myself to take it and after wash it down with a glass of water cause it leaves a nasty taste. Haven’t seen good results. But I like the other which was Women’s plus 40 peach vanilla!

Something about it smell/taste/flavor makes it really difficult to take and stomach. I had to stop taking it for this reason. If the product came in pill or capsule form, I would continue. Please consider making this change!

I decided to try this for hair growth in September when it went on sale for Prime Day. Well, the unexpected outcome was no more itchy scalp. I have been fighting an itchy scalp for years. I have tried changing hair products multiple times and thought it was just allergies I was going to have to live with forever. One day, I realized my scalp didn't itch; the only difference was using these vitamins. Now, when I don't use it consistently, the itching comes back. I am really bummed right now because it's out of stock everywhere.

I can’t say much for the results yes, but the flavor is amazing! I don’t know whether they’ve changed the recipe after reading all of the reviews about the taste of this product. BUT, WOW! I haven’t enjoyed taking vitamins so much! The Maple French Toast vegan natural flavor is delicious!

Using these pouches and the daily liquid multivitamin, my hair is definitely gaining some volume. I use the pouches every few days, so they may work even faster if used daily. I’m in Canada and order Mary Ruths to be shipped here because it actually works!

So disappointing that I ordered this, break the package open about to take one and realize it has almonds! Thank God I didn’t use it I have an almond allergy. Vitamins are the LAST THING I would ever expect to check for almonds. Completely my fault for not realizing. I read the nutrition facts but I guess I skipped over the additional ingredients part because I would have never ordered it. Ugh I’m so sad I can’t take this because the reviews are Amazing. Mary Ruth please consider an option without nuts.

I absolutely love this stuff! It tastes so good. The only thing I would change about this is the packaging. It’s challenging trying to squeeze everything out of the pouch. And a possible risk of swallowing small pieces of plastic. I think this should be in a bottle like how some of my other products are from this brand.

I went from losing handfuls of hair every shower and every time I brushed my hair to losing such a minimal amount. I have tons of baby hair coming back in 6mo postpartum. The taste is not my favorite but since it works so great I will still take it every day!

These are really good, yummy, all that!!! Taste kinda like fudgy chocolate maybe. It says it's supposed to taste like Maple French Toast, which I can definitely agree with!! But these packages don't hold a lot, which is so disappointing. But a decent amount of packages come in 1 box, so I'll definitely keep buying!
