Set of 2 26" Matisse Glam Counter Height Barstools - LumiSource

Was super excited for these chairs, had high hopes they’d be beautiful. Well. They probably would be gorgeous, if they weren’t clearly someone else’s used and damaged returned item. I opened the box to see items clearly shoved back in haphazardly, with an opened bag of included hardware. I hoped that wouldn’t matter and took out the two plastic covered fabric seats, and each had awful visible stains, I took photos both through the clear plastic, and reached my hand inside to take up close photos. To be clear none of these markings have to do with a velvet texture you can rub your hand back and forth to make disappear. No. These are stains and damage that aren’t going anywhere, and they’re glaringly noticeable. Where on earth is quality control??? Either with Lumisource or with Target? Spending over $300 on two chairs it’s not unreasonable to expect them to arrive new and clean as they should. This is just embarrassing. Then I noticed the damaged leg, too. It’s heartbreaking because I bet they’d be stunning, but I won’t even bother trying to reorder again. Too much of a hassle now that I have to make this return.

So disappointed.. those are beautiful chairs but the upholstery is very low quality. Think about change it to velvet.. that would make it a beauty. Holes did not match with the chair bars to assembly it and it was sent with a big grease like stain in the middle of the seat. I don’t understand why it was sent like that. If you don’t care about the fabric being raspy hard and you receive one with correct holes connections, you might like these. I wish I took a pick but as soon as I saw this issues I put it back to returner asap!

Easy to assemble! Looks so cute and love the price! Couldn’t be happier! Other reviews say that it takes forever to put together which made me hesitate to buy but I got both stools assembled in 30 minutes!

Beautiful chairs! Easy to assemble if you do it against the way the instructions say. Basically two chairs come in one box. You have to mix the parts. Take one leg from one chair and the other leg from the other chair. You will be able to tell that they match because the prong that holds the seat on the leg of the chair will be the same distance on each side. If its incorrect the prongs will line up more on an angle. The back of the chair is wider then the front. It worked for my pacakaging. I had 2 boxes with 2 chairs each and both were packaged incorrectly causing you to mix the legs. They were exactly what I wanted. They are beautiful and comfy. Im glad I thought that maybe the manufacturer packaged it wrong. If you can get them together they are worth it!

The chairs were so hard to put together but they are the exact thing that I was looking for so I tried really hard to make it them fit. It took me so many times but I got it and now they are perfect for our space. I think the hardest part was mixing up the parts between both chairs and not thinking they fit but I kept rearranging and I made it work.

agree with the other review. I ended up buying the chairs because I thought that there was only ONE review and was negative and what where the chances of getting something bad too. Well yes, the parts do not match with the holes and the seat. the bars don't go all the way in...

This chair looks beautiful on the website. But it is impossible to assemble. The parts do not match up with the other parts. Holes in the bars do not match up with the holes in the seat. For the money this cost, this was very upsetting.
