[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything came in a timely manner. One of the drawer sides was broken in two. It has been over two weeks and I still haven't gotten a straight answer as to when I'll get a replacement. In the meantime my son has parts of his dresser laying around. It would be nice if the same urgency that was applied when we purchased the suite was applied to getting us a replacement piece.

WORST BED EVER!!!
If I could give the us bed 0 stars I would! This bunk bed was wobbly from the start!there is no back to the full bed on the bottom to keep it steady so it wobbles around. The top bunk just sits on the arms of the bottom bed with little pins. That’s it! I contacted the company after we first got it and they instructed me to tighten the screws/nuts, which I did and continued to do twice a month. The screws/nuts finally pulled out of the wood frame and the bottom bed is broken. I just took it a part to burn it because it’s not salvageable. I am so disappointed. The bottom full bed is now on the floor under the top twin bed like a trundle. Do NOT recommend this bed at all. It never fully tightened or EVER felt secure and eventually broke a part.

Love it!
We got the bunk bed for our son for an early Christmas present. Overall easy to put together with the help of my husband. The quality is amazing and sturdy. I know we will be able to use it for years to come! We even added some led strips on the underside!

Do not buy
Do not buy this product! After less than 2 years, it has completely fallen apart. For my children safety, I had to take down and apart. Stress cracks , broken side slats , not sturdy - wobbly from the beginning. It was only used for a 4/5 and 7/8 year old. It should've been able to withstand them for longer than 2+ years. Reached out for warranty information to see if they could help me and was denied because it is greater than one year!
