This is absolutely delicious. Flavorful, nice consistency, just the slightest touch of spice. It’s perfect as a snack or light meal. It could not be easier to heat and pour into a dish. Add a little water and it would be a lovely soup. I eat it exactly as is.

For a quick packaged Indian dish, this is very good. I haven't purchased a packaged Indian dish in a long time because they usually are terrible. I live that it's organic. It isn't as good as an actual restaurant. But for the convenience factor this is good.

I really like the Everyday Dal Red Lentils with Butternut Squash, and was happy to find it at Target at a decent price. It is one of my favorite Indian meals.
