I adore this! I have fibromygalia and my pain is worst in my right ankle. The sleeve is soft and comfy. I froze it for two hours and while a bit too cold, it provided instant relief. I let it sit for a few minutes and found it was a comfortable temperature. Highly recommend!

I broke my ankle and leg bones about four years ago and never got surgery to fix it and this helps me when I get flare ups! It’s both soothing and comfortable and holds its icy coolness for a while! And because it’s squishy and foamy you can walk around with it and also use it on your arm if needed! I have also been using it for migraines which is a plus! It holds the coldness very well! Stays icy cold longer than my hydroflask and yeti ones! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something like this! My husband uses it on his ankle all the time when he gets flare ups as well! You have to remember to keep the bag it comes in as it’s essential for the freezing process!

I rolled my ankle several years ago and sometimes need to put ice on it. This is much easier than holding a pack on my ankle. You can walk around and still be comfortable with this on or you can sit with your leg elevated. This is a nice quality product and I highly recommend it and this company for future needs.

Overall I thought it was very beneficial. The fabric is great and comfortable and I love that you can wear it cold or slightly heated. I did knock off a star because I didn’t feel like it was tight enough for me but I may just need the smaller size. Making it adjustable would be great.

You pop it in the freezer for a few hours and slide it on to ice your sore spots around your ankle and foot. What I love is that it is pliable and comfortable when put it on. It is much more useful than a conventional ice back because it says put like a snug sock. Highly recommended for those who have ankle and foot discomfort after a strenuous workout.
