We live in an apartment and do not have a lot of space to display items such as cards or photos. This fit the area on the wall perfectly! It holds a lot of cards/photos. I like that the clips are already on the holder and not tiny clothespins. A few of them were bent when I opened the package but was able to bend them into place. I think if there was padding in the packaging if may prevent this from happening.
