Mini Brands kawaii
I just received it. I opened the box and discovered it was already open. The ball came with a fake seal. It’s outrageous.

I got the pencil and eraser kit but it doesn't work. I followed the directions and the erasers never set properly...tried again but let it sit for 2 full days and it still didnt dry. Waste of money and time.

Fries smelled horrible
We got the french fries. They are scented, the scent was horrible like rancid oil. My daughter tossed it, the smell was unbearable.
From ZURU team
Hi there, we're really sorry to hear about your experience with Mini Brands Kawaii. Due to the nature of scented toys and packaging, the scent may dissipate or change once exposed to air. However, if the smell seemed off or unusually strong, it could be a manufacturing issue. Please feel free to reach out to our team at https://zurutoys.com/contact so we can look into this further and help make it right.

Holy Cats!
Wow! This is the best Zuru surprise ball series I've purchased. The only thing I disliked was the slime. Seriously, STOP WITH THE SLIME. Otherwise, the items are so cute and the price point is awesome for what you get.
