    Love it BUT -

    I absolutely love this Pikachu! He looks amazing and the sounds/movements are so cute. My only complaints are that you have to take him completely out of the display to install the batteries, and the AAA batteries aren’t included. For the price, I definitely think batteries should’ve been included! ⚡️😂

    Very Nice for the Price.

    This is an amazing puppet! There are a ton of reactions including ones you have to combo to get him to do, like close his eyes, tilt his ears, hit a button and hold for five seconds kind of stuff. Inside him there's a grip you hold. It has ear tilt, eye blink, mouth, and a 'special button' control. There's an added piece to put in if you have tiny hands. I do not. It does take some practice to get him to do what you want. He's honestly a great value and the mouth mechanism is very simple but honestly works visually. I'm uncertain of the longevity of the ear fabric and I really wish they made the tail stiff so it could hang out behind him rather than be sewn to his back. I also wish you could tilt the ears independently but they only move together. Still, for $80 it's darn good. Most Folkmanis puppets are just plush and can be in that price range.

    We pre-ordered this for our son who was getting stitches to make him feel better and for being so brave. When we opened the box, the item was actually a Star Wars item. We called Target and they couldn’t get him a replacement. It’s all he could talk about for an entire month and now he won’t get a chance to play with it. I wish they would have been able to make it right.
