Did not work
It did not work (sounds but no screen) even with changing the batteries. We returned in and got something completely different.

Don’t understand these reviews. My kids have never played with it. Opened and sits on a shelf, then now a box to donate.

Recommend for trips
I bought this three days before a family reunion because the car trip would be brutal and it was AMAZING to have around, it did take me a while to understand the buttons and how to use the reset button definitely a boredom killer. I’m really happy with this product. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND✨👍👍👍

I bought this yesterday 17/1 for my 7 year old. Once she had gone her hamster she became quite upset that she couldn’t restart the whole growing process, became bored with it.

Loud
We have the original, Disney and Harry Potter bitzee. My issue with the hamster ball is how loud it is. Even when you turn the actual jingle noise off, the only way to “play” with this toy is to spin the front of the ball, which makes a very loud grinding noise. The only thing I can compare it to is a loud gaming mouse noise, nonstop. That being said, my kids love it.

Bad design
It’s just plain silly to have this shaped like a ball. My daughter placed it on her dresser for the night and her brother slightly bumped it accidentally with his toy dino’s tail and guess what happened… it rolled off the dresser and now is broken. It should be more durable because of the fact that it does roll. I love wasting my money!

Doesn't work
This was the gift from Santa and it ended up not working. Only had sound. No lights/display. Even changed batteries. Hopefully the replacement works. Very disappointing for Christmas morning

Toy malfunctions
The bitzee lights up but no image displays so my kids can’t play with this toy. I’ve tried replacing the batteries and it still does not work. It must have been delivered broken. Disappointing gift.

Great interactive toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loved playing with this toy! We loved that it was interactive. It was very cool that it was reactive to touch and even rolling the ball! There were quite a few mini games to play as well.

Pets for the family who doesnt want pets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was a nice surprise. My kids have been asking for a pet for years and this was good dry run for them to remember to care and feed for a pet. The hamster was really cute and I really liked that you could control the volume on this toy.
