Q: Having trouble with the interlock device. When I put one drawer in after assembly, none of the other levers would allow me to lift them, so I can’t get any other drawers into the dresser. Not sure how to fix this or disengage this system??

A: I had the same problem but I found that you can only open one drawer at a time. I think it’s probably part of their safety mechanism.

I was able to put in one drawer but it’s not letting me put in the other drawers in order to finish with the dresser completely. The other levers are not lifting up so I can continue. I husband is really good at assembling dressers and this one is just not working out.

Q: The drawer dimensions are listed as 6"H x 6"W x 12"D. The dresser is 30.16" wide, so why aren't the drawers closer to the overall width of the dresser?

Q: Is this dresser in the Light Grey Wash color the same color as the Mixed Materials Nightstand in Gray? They look slightly different in the photos, but I would like to pair them.

Im not sure why these dressers have such bad reviews. These are easy to assemble with 1 person and they last a long time! I had one I just put in my toddlers room that I have had for 6 years…I just bought another one for my room. And plan on getting another one for my 10 year olds room to replace his old one. The only thing is I wish they still came in black.

my boyfriend tried to open my drawer and the front fell off. the safety feature sucked and had to push it back in most of the time. the drawers don't open and close properly whatsoever. and the material is so cheap.
Easy construction don't listen to other reviews. This is a great dresser.

I came so close to not buying this dresser set because of other people‘s reviews saying that it was junk and fell apart, etc. This dresser looks amazing and was so easy to build. If you have put together any piece of furniture before you will not have trouble with this one. The only thing I can think about the bad reviews is that they either got total duds or they don’t understand how camlocks work. Which is explained in the direction so it’s kind of wild that so many people had trouble with it. These dressers look great. The only thing I didn’t like was the drawer lock system piece so I just didn’t install it. It really does have no value or benefit to the dresser. It’s fine without it. I bought two dressers and put them side-by-side and they look great. I also bought the smaller three drawer dresser and it was easy to put together and the whole set looks great.

I’ve had this dresser along with the bookshelf, nightstand & three drawer dresser for 3+ years. I put all of them together by myself & have moved them into and out of 2 different homes by myself. They aren’t heavy but aren’t dinky. I haven’t had any issues other than one drawer wouldn’t close on a different track, but then I just put it back to the bottom where I knew it fit. They’re sturdy, although not real wood. I have loved this set- it’s currently in my toddlers room & I will be purchasing another dresser of this line for when our new little one comes! It’s been great. It also has the attachments to screw into the wall so it cannot be pulled on top of maniac kids who like to open every drawer :)

It looks great! Exactly what we wanted/expected. So extremely heavy! Make sure you’re lofting it with someone’s help. The directions are complicated. Take your time. Don’t rush it. Don’t force it. Do it right and everything will work. The drawers open just fine. I was sweating by the end haha

I'm honestly confused by all of the negative reviews because I have had no issues with the drawers opening or even opeining multiple at once. I'd caution user error for those reviews because I promise if it's built properly you won't have any issues. It does take a while to put together, but that goes for any furniture, especially if you don't have help. Overall I think it looks lovely in my room and it's held up for about a year with no problems with stability or function.
Avoid at all costs. Waste of money

Hard to put together then doesn’t stay together. Drawer didn’t fit and slid off. Literally kept for a few weeks until it went in the trash. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely do not buy this dresser. The drawers don’t open and close without a yank or slam and the material is so cheap it breaks after having to do this consistently.

This is a heavy duty dresser and looks classy! The drawers are smooth and deep. I’m actually using as an end table and will be buying another one for my husband side and 3 more to replace the dresser I currently have. The metal black also accents it very well.

I wish I read the reviews before buying. Took me two hours to build by myself. The build is just wild. There is a piece inside that only allows you to open one drawer at a time. The holes for the some of the attachments are off, so closing the drawers are impossible. Please do not buy. Waste of money.

I bought this dresser yesterday -- the box it came in was very, very heavy. I thought that was promising. After getting home and lugging it inside, my 13-yr-old and I began to set it up. Instructions were OK - some steps were not labeled as clearly as others. There are 21 steps - but we skipped over a few (I wasn't attaching this to a wall). After completing all the steps, taking about 2 hours out of my time, I come to find that the "Braces (D)" were made with too little space in between so I was unable to smoothly insert each drawer. I'd either have to lift up the braces or yank out the drawer. VERY POORLY DESIGNED. This seems to be a recurring theme with this piece of furniture. I am very, very frustrated and wish I read the reviews prior to purchase. Will not be recommending this to others.

Wish I would’ve read reviews before buying. Very poor materials and directions. The cams don’t actually lock pieces to place, if you make a mistake, the thing falls apart, screw holes strip out. Just a mess. What a waste of money!

Bought this to compliment the end table bought previously. I was a litte apprehensive thiking it might be difficult to put together, but the assembly was very easy and the instructions easy to follow. It is very sturdy. I did choose not to put in the safety mechanism as it is for me and I don't have children to worry about. Would by other products from this same line should the need arise.

This is horrible to buy I followed the instructions and the way the shelves are made are so poor where they will not stay connected to the rest of the drawers where it makes it nearly impossible to open it back up. They don’t screw them together it is supposed to sit flush which it does not. I don’t know if I’m able to get my money back but if I can I will due to how poor this was
