    Disappointed with Product Quality and Support

    Very disappointed! I ordered one Delta drawer and one Delta Spencer, and both showed up in horrible shape — boxes ripped and damaged. Tried returning them, but since they’re heavy, I asked for pickup. It’s been a week and still no help from Target’s customer service. Don’t waste your time or money — go somewhere with better quality and service!

    We really loved this crib at my parents house, so we bought it for ours too. Unfortunately when assembling, the wood completely split in two. So disappointed because we spent hours building it just to have to disassemble and pack up again. It's very beautiful and heavy. Maybe we just got the lemon.

    Damaged

    It is a nice baby crib but unfortunately mine came damaged from transit. It still doesn’t take from the fact that the crib is well made. I would purchase straight from the store instead of online.
