I LOVE this knife. I've been making a lot of sour dough bread and I've been using a serrated knife that someone had given me many years ago. My birthday was coming up and I thought, why not? I should've been thinking why wait. Not only is it beautiful, feels great in one's hand but it cuts like a dream.
