Monster Moods - by Rob Hodgson (Hardcover)

Book Synopsis

These monsters want empathy! (And also for readers to recognize and name their own feelings!)

Meet the monsters with moods! When these monsters are grumpy, they howl at the moon. When they're bored, they do cartwheels on mountaintops! And when they're focused, they organize their glowworm collection. Instead of sorting or defining emotions, this playful read-aloud shows what monster moods [and our own moods] can look like in action. Through exaggerated, laugh-out-loud scenarios, young readers see emotions unfold in ways that feel both silly and instantly relatable.

With his signature humor and charm, author-illustrator Rob Hodgson invites kids to laugh, recognize their own moods, and start conversations about what they're feeling with confidence--just like a monster!
