caps aren't tight

It tastes ok but there is no carbonation because the caps aren't tight. They aren't even tight enough to break the tamper proof seal on the cap. I thought it was just one but it's been every bottle I've gotten in the last couple months. I complained to the Pepsi company and they sent me a coupon for a 12pk of pop but it topped out at 3.99 so it didn't even cover that. If cans weren't so expensive I would switch.
