Q: Just confirming that the pump is still challenging to open in 2024 and I’ll have to return the product.

A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

I also really like the way it lathers up. My wife and I also really liked the scent. I don’t know if it would become my daily body wash of choice, but it would be something I might keep around or look for on sale.

I felt that this product lathered easily with a washcloth or a loofah. The product size is great even when your children decide to steal your body wash. My only minor complaint is that sometimes it feels gloopy, so it dispenses more product than I want.
