Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

A: Hi D, Thanks for reaching out and to answer your question, yes our Native 2in1 shampoo + conditioner does have the same scent as our body wash. While the ingredients may be different the scent would still be relatively close. To confirm, our scent is identified as a clean, herbal, earthy, sun-soaked fragrance.

Q: How does the pump open on the body wash? Turning in either direction does nothing, maybe mines defective?

As everyone else in the reviews, I’ve spent more than 30 minutes trying to open the pump and it simply won’t. I have to untwist the whole thing and take body wash off the straw in order to use this, causing a lot of waste. Since they do not take the time to quality test their packaging, you can assume the same kind of care goes into the wash. These should be recalled because it’s a scam to even still have these on the shelves.

Fix the pump! I love the actual body wash.. smells great and feels good on my skin. But the pump is worthless! I’ve had to return MULTIPLE bottles because the pump won’t pop up. Not to mention the lids don’t screw on well and half the time they leak in the box! Sure I could return it to target and get another.. but who’s paying for my gas ?! Find a better design because five defective pumps on a row is downright awful!

This is the 3rd pump that won't open (or pop up in other words). I'm going to start returning these as defective products every time I get one. The soap and scent itself is great. If only I could use the pump that comes with it. It's really annoying

Had pump release issues like everyone else, but did get mine to pop and the body wash is worth the hassle that they will have to fix… I lifted the pump out, got as much soap back into the bottle, then washed the pump. I had more luck with holding the base tube and turning the nozzle instead of the part just below the pump. It popped right out.
