A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

While the ingredients may be different the scent would still be relatively close. To confirm, our scent is identified as a clean, herbal, earthy, sun-soaked fragrance.

Amazing bodywash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how refreshing this body wash is. It has cooling effect that is so relaxing. My skin feels clean and not dry or greasy at all. The body wash is gel like and has no dye which is what I want and need. It is so easy to lather, no residuals left behind or messy at all. The gel is not too thick or watery. It is perfect. I love this. It feels so good to unwind with this after a long day at work.

This Native body wash is very compatible, & has a naturally strong beautiful scent. The best thing is the limited ingredients it has, but it how amazing the results are. I’m very happy with this product. The gel body wash brings the suds and the moisture!
