A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

You need to use a little more than other soaps, but definitely worth it. Your skin absorbs 10% of what you put on it, so this soap makes me feel great about it. No leftover residue. I ended up getting the shampoo and conditioner as well!

It has a thick consistency. It doesn’t seem too watery like some others I’ve tried. The packaging looks nice and simple and the bottle is easily opened with one hand which is great. I love how well it lathers up. I can’t stand a body wash that has no lather. It makes me feel like I’m not getting clean. This one lathers wonderfully and leaves me feeling clean and refreshed after my shower. Overall, I don’t think I have tried anything from Native that I didn’t like. This one is no exception. Great value for the price.
