A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

While the ingredients may be different the scent would still be relatively close. To confirm, our scent is identified as a clean, herbal, earthy, sun-soaked fragrance.

Aroma therapy

This time how ever, it have a weird jelly like consistency. This is the only time I’ve had this experience with this product but I’ll say maybe it was a defect. But all of the times I’ve gone out and bought on my own, it has been wonderful. It smells great and lathers wonderfully!

Felling fresh after a shower

You come out the shower feeling fresh and amazing. 0 irrigation do to the the free sulfate and paraben and dye free. Very simple packaging and it come In 18fl oz.

This body wash has a very nice scent that isn’t too strong or chemically like others with similar eucalyptus mint scents. The lather is satisfying - I use only my hands to wash. After drying off my skin doesn’t feel dry, itchy, or tight compared to other body washes. My skin feel soft and clean. Very happy I bought this.
