  • A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

It feels great in my hands and lathers up. Really good. If you've got a good loofah or scrub, you can make this product last a really long time. I think it has an amazing value, especially since it is free of harmful parabens dyes phthalates and sulfates. I love the flat top on the bottle so when it gets close to the end I can turn it upside down and get every last drop out of it. I've used a few different native products now and overall I've been very impressed with every single one of their products.
