  • A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

    Strong smell that keeps you smelling good

I received the body wash from Native through Influenster. This has a strong smell that keeps you smelling good all day. It helps clean you and keep you clean, very effective.     Good Ingredients, Didn’t Really Like The Scent

As much as I enjoy Native hair care (that I buy myself) and a Native deodorant I’ve tried (gifted), I’m giving this body wash 4 stars . It could be because I didn’t really enjoy the scent; it smells like a sweet mint candy. I don’t smell any eucalyptus, which I found interesting since this is a very strong scent to miss. So instead of being refreshing, to me this gel is almost too “sugary”. The scent also doesn’t last, which I guess is a good thing, but if I did like the scent I would want it to last on my skin. The texture is great though, it creates nice lather (not rich, but definitely satisfying enough). It’s not slimy nor sticky, and washes off completely. I haven’t noticed much difference in terms of the skin softness and I still felt that “tight” and dry feeling after the shower. I feel like this body wash does deserve 5 stars because it doesn’t irritate my super sensitive skin. I get itchy and red from many shower gels, but when I used this one for the first time, my skin reacted very well. I took one star off because of the scent and the “dry” feeling. However, I will definitely try other scents since I do believe this body wash has good for my skin ingredients. Thank you for reading my review!

The blends of cool, herbal notes of eucalyptus with the sweet, refreshing burst of mint is so relaxing and spa like. The fragrance is noticeable during shower but not overpowering. The texture is a clear gel and it spreads easily. It creates a nice lather on the loofah, I only need a small amount to get plenty of foam. It rinses off quickly and doesn’t leave any residue.
