A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

While the ingredients may be different the scent would still be relatively close. To confirm, our scent is identified as a clean, herbal, earthy, sun-soaked fragrance.

Love the scent

I love the thick consistency of it and it lathers really well. The scent lasts for hours, I feel really clean after use and I also receive complements even before putting on lotion or perfume. My only gripe is that it's a little hard to squeeze the product out once you've used a significant amount.
