A: I bought this in store and it goes on really chalky and give me that white armpit look. Maybe i got a bad egg because everyone loves it? I wouldn't buy it again. (in store for about 5 bucks)

A: Hi There, Thanks for reaching out with your question. To give you a little more detail, Native is a deodorant, and it aims to protect against wetness and prevent odor, it doesn't prevent sweat like antiperspirants. By definition, antiperspirants contain aluminum, which is what prevents sweat by plugging your sweat glands. That said, aluminum is linked to some serious health ramifications, so we think it's important to avoid it!

Eliminated essential oils for fragrances! 😩
Shame on you, Native, for now using “lavender & rose scent” instead of keeping the lavandula hybrida oil, pelargonium graveolens flower oil, and lavender oil. Adding insult to injury was also removing the probiotic component, lactobacillus acidophilus. You’ve cheapened up the product and it shows in its performance, but of course not the price. Change it back to the way it was!!!

Great Deodorant
I love this deodorant. It works well and smells good. The only thing I wish about your deodorants…I only buy toiletries that are approved by Bobby Parrish and the lavender and rose scent is the only one he approves of because it is fragranced with essential oils. The others only list fragrance and that could be any of 3000 chemicals and I have no way of knowing what they are. I hope you change that but until you do, I’ll keep buying the lavender and rose.

Developed Rash
I couldn't find the deodorant brand I usually buy, so decided to try this. After 2 days, I developed an itchy rash. Thought it was razor burn, so made changes on the end, but the rash kept getting worse. Now I realize it's this Native deodorant! Next time, I'll pay more attention to reviews before buying a new-to-me deodorant right on the spot.

Love the product, hate the auto refill
This is my long-term favorite deoderant for when I'm at home. It works, love the aroma. So I have it set up for auto-refill. But the system doesn't give me a heads-up that a refill is imminent and ask if I indeed need a shipment now - it just ships it out the door then says Congratulations! You got more stuff! Given I travel - to Houston, TX - for cancer treatments and osmetimes have to stay for a measurable amount of time, and given I don't quite trust this for deoderant in Houston, TX's climate, and given I'm one person, I would prefer to be able to manage my shipments better. Other vendors send an email warning that an auto-shipment is about to occur, giving me a chance to adjust the schedule. Please enhance your system to do the same.

Effective but not overwhelming
This is my regular Native scent. I’ve tried other Native scents and they’re fine but the pleasant, subtle florals of Lavender and Rose is the aroma I prefer. Of course, it has the Native ability to block body odor effectively. I keep one stick in my swim bag in addition to the one at home so I always stock up when there’s a “three-fer” sale.

Stained all my clothes
The scent of this product is great however it stained every shirt I wore while using it. I wore a variety of tops from 100% cotton to stretchy workout tops and business blouses all of them stained! I thought maybe it was just a specific material that didn’t take well to the deodorant but no it stained everything it touched.

The Best Deodorant
