To give you a little more detail, Native is a deodorant, and it aims to protect against wetness and prevent odor, it doesn't prevent sweat like antiperspirants. By definition, antiperspirants contain aluminum, which is what prevents sweat by plugging your sweat glands. That said, aluminum is linked to some serious health ramifications, so we think it's important to avoid it!

    Very natural and lavender!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lavender scent. I also love the way it feels and how it moisturizes essentially. But, I struggled with any anti perspiration. It says deodorant and doesn’t say anti perspirant but it kept me smelling fresh and lavender like however I still sweat. And maybe I just always sweat and don’t understand. But it’s still a nice deodorant

    The only scented deoderant that doesnr give me a rash

    This is deodorant, not antiperspirant, but it still provides some help with sweat. The main selling point for me though is that it doesn’t give me contact dermatitis. I have tried everything included unscented deodorant, but those have masking scent and still give me a rash. This brand in this scent and one other scent don’t give me a rash. So I’m stuck with outrageously expensive deodorant (seriously, we’re okay with any deodorant costing this much now?!), or nothing. So here I am. Outrageously priced, but at least I don’t smell like BO.

    Fresh scent

    Long lasting and fresh

I have to keep it with me to apply a second time halfway through the day. When applying it, the deodorant is a little rough, but softens up once it’s on.

    Hate the new formula

    I began using your product in 2014 when it was only available by mail. I’m terribly disappointed with the new formula. It leaves a strange residue in my armpits and on my clothes, and the scent is completely different and does not smell like rose or lavender. I assume you’ve changed your formula to maximize your profits since you’ve sold out to P&G. I’m so disappointed. Canceling my subscription and seeking a better product similar to your original product. I do not recommend the new deodorant formula.

    Just not for me

The scent is great but it never lasts all day and I don’t want to be reapplying deodorant 2-3 times a day. I also find the longer I use these, the more sensitive my underarms get so whatever they use for fragrance just doesn’t agree with my skin.
