Our Whole Wheat products make no mention that they are gluten free however we do understand the confusion around our packaging mentioning that we bake a gluten free variety and we have relayed this to our product team. We are open to suggestions on what changes you would like to see so that we can continuously improve our products. To give you further background on our Gluten Free Fig Bar production standards, they are certified Gluten Free, Kosher and Vegan, verified non-GMO as well as dairy free, egg free and nut free. To mitigate cross contamination, this is controlled through scheduling—Gluten Free products are ran prior to Whole Wheat products on fully cleaned, sanitized, and validated equipment. Our finished products are tested through a method that verifies that there has been no product contamination.
