Q: My album didn’t come with any photo cards but it says it should, is there something I can do to exchange it? Or was it not supposed to?

A: The photocards for the jewel case version are located behind the CD tray inside the back of the case. It lifts up along the left side of the case spine and you should be be able to access them from there.

Ordered online and it came in perfect condition but I didn't get any photocards unfortunately. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to but other reviews show it having PCs and I guess I got one where people took the PCs :( oh well, I love NCT127 so I'm happy I was able to buy this.

So I bought this as a gamble. I’m only familiar with NCT DREAM and only knew Mark and Haechan. I bought this hoping for a photo card if one of them and I got Haechan and this cute guy named Jungwoo.
