Nekteck Leg Massager with Air Compression for Circulation and Relaxation, Foot and Calf Massager works well and is fairly quiet. It alternates between applying pressure to the feet and the calfs. It runs for 20 minutes and the shuts off. I do two cycles back to back and have never notice the controller with its built in pump heat up or get warm. It has helped reduce the swelling in my legs and comes with a one year free replacement warranty. I am quite pleased with the purchase.
