Ouch! Do not buy if you value your fingers!
We bought this for our 7 year old. It’s easy to throw and catch with him. The issue is the bright green plastic areas are hard and stick out. So when you catch the ball, it can really hurt your fingers depending on where it hits and the speed. Unfortunately it’s not worth it and we will be getting a different one for him. I wouldn’t recommend unless you are going to be wearing some sort of gloves.

Nice grips and weight
This is definitely for older kids/teens/adults as it is not very soft. That being said my husband and I have a blast throwing it around while our kids (6 and 4) use a softer football. It’s easy to grip, got a good weight, nice football!
