Q: Is this lactose free?

  • A: noosa is not lactose free. Like other yoghurts, noosa is fermented with bacteria that breaks down lactose into lactic acid and varying flavor compounds. While there is a reduction in lactose during this fermentation, it is by no means complete and there is residual lactose in our product. While noosa does contain lactose, we do sometimes get comments from lactose intolerant individuals that they consume noosa with no issues, but this is something you would need to discuss with your doctor on an individual basis.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.] This noosa yoghurt has a vibrant Black Cherry flavor. The texture of the Australian style yogurt to me is even smoother and creamier than other yogurts I have tried. There are good sized pieces of cherries in the purée that mixes with the yogurt. It’s also a great source of calcium. It’s in an easy to seal container to keep in the fridge in case you can’t eat it all - but you will! This is the best tasting yogurt I have tried.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love Noosa Yogurt! Dulce De Leche is an amazing flavor. It is sweet without being overly sweet. My husband can eat a whole container in one setting but I prefer to pace it out. I mixed up the flavor in the container and then put some in a container for school. That way I get 2-3 servings out of one container. This was the perfect pick me up healthy treat while teaching!

It was extremely sweet compared to the other flavors I’ve tasted. The dulce de leche was overpowering. That’s really my only complaint because I love the yogurt.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try this yoghurt thanks to noosa and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. When I first went to buy this the container was bigger than I imagined. I got to enjoy it for breakfast with some dried mangoes on the side and it was the perfect combo of sweet with tart. The black cherry flavor is pretty strong and the yoghurt is very tart but I really enjoyed that. The yoghurt is very smooth but there are chunks of cherry in there so if you don’t like chunks of fruit in your yoghurt you may not like this. Overall I think I would buy this again to try some of the other flavors as well!

I can open and eat most of their yogurts, ensuring I scoop from the bottom. The dulce de leche looked pretty watery upon opening, so I gave it a good stir. It really benefited from being stirred well. It has a little bit more liquid consistency than some of the other Noosa yogurt. It's tangy and sweet and tastes like the flavor name. The entire container is 300 calories and I like how you can put the lid back on if you're not going to eat it all in one shot. I would definitely buy this flavor again.

    Very good classic yogurt

    This is a very tasty classic yogurt. The lemon is not overpowering and doesn’t taste artificial. The yogurt is creamy and the tub allows you to close the lid to save for later. I just wish there was a Greek option for more protein!
